The Community Programs Division (CPD) of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) intimidates elderly Tennessee citizens with threats of violence and other coercive methods if these impoverished elderly citizens do not comply with the demands of the CPD. Besides this, the CPD engages in myriad questionable practices that need to be uncloaked. I have been a newspaper reporter since the 1990s along with being a professor at the University of Tennessee. When they shot my Danny dead I thought the world came to an end so I made up all these people on here I don't really have a friend just me but I made up some names like idiotRu U moron Texas Pete Uncle sniffer dr. Whats up on Wheeler tonight? Started approximately 3 hrs ago with heavy heat meeting up in a very CB conspicuous place... slowly but surely N to eventually total around 10vehicles, either some “undercover” or “plain clothed”, or Sniches were in the pack drivin newer pickups that appeared to be dark colered GMC/chevy 4x4s, there were also very “clean” white SUVs, atleast one Suburban and two smaller ones thay apprared to be fords like bledsoe has but i never saw any thing that lead me to bledsoe actually had any presence there... there were however two new chargers blatantly displaying Cumberland county emblems... spread the word, for whatever your reasons or motivations and then please, by all means, relay that information back to this thread...

I moved to Pikeville about this time last year. Back in the summer I met some folks from Frost Bite, this lady said they had a few pumpkins if I would like to come out I could get a couple. To make a long story short I stopped at the store to ask for better directions there was a small young girl with her 2 daughters one just a baby, she was sitting out front so I ask where this person lived OH MY this girl told me more trash on the lady I know. This girl knows trash on everyone on the mountain and she don't care to tell it. I guess what I'm getting at is is I don't know this girl nor she me. I just think its sad that someone that young fells the need to gossip on everyone. She needs a life a good life to bring her children up in no one should bring a child up in such a place a gossip
